So, the hotel itself doesn't really look like the photos, nowhere near as bright, and I almost missed the entrance as it's just one door...but, what a great stay. It was an inside room, so there were no windows, so there was a fan in the room. Lots of lights dotted around the room. The bed was comfy. I was chilling for a few hours before going out, the TV had lots of channels to choose from. Had a great sleep. The shower was a bit stiff to turn on, but it was really powerful and lovely and hot. I booked breakfast when I got to the hotel. The continental was buffet, plenty of choice, but my favourite thing is I could order the hot breakfast, so it came fresh to the table. I had veg full breakfast. The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel is perfectly placed in the city. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed at The Gardens Hotel whilst visiting Manchester with my daughter for her birthday celebration. We arrived by train and only a had a very short walk from Manchester piccadilly train station to the hotel. The hotel is situated amongst lots of shops, bars and restaurants and is perfectly located for visiting all the local attractions. The hotel itself is clean and well presented and the staff were all super helpful. There are tea and coffee making facilities within the room and these were refilled daily. We had breakfast on both days of our stay and the food was cooked fresh to order and delicious. The price was very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend The Gardens Hotel.

Coming from someone who really appreciates great service i was over the moon. Loved the first class customer service from the staff, both day and night, all was good, in particular Annabelle, Monica from days and Ryan from nights (sorry to who i forgot eek). Being a stressful disbaled guest. I cant thank them enough. I wrongly judged this place long ago going by a review from a friend i thought they was a small back street independent hotel. Wel how wrong could they have been and am grateful to have found this gem and keen ti stay regular being an avid traveller. Me extending another night in their executive double surely will give gravitas to my amazement.

location is spot on, about a 5-10 min walk from Piccadilly Train Station and shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep. Piccadilly Gardens just across the road with a lovely little food market. Breakfast was nice, buffet style continental and cooked to order hot option. Staff were lovely. Room was adequate, a little dated but we were happy for what we paid. Great view of the main street. Rooms are not double glazed so you will hear some street noise, mainly emergency services sirens.

The room we had was at the back of the hotel and very quiet with two large windows that made it light.
